1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 9bdtk ("the Platform", "we", "our", "us") governing your access to and use of the 9bdtk website, mobile interface, betting services, casino products, and all associated features accessible at 9bdtk.net and its subdomains.

By completing the account registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox, or by simply accessing and continuing to use the 9bdtk platform, you signify your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This acceptance is effective as of the date of your first access to the platform or the date these Terms were last updated and communicated to you, whichever is later.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the 9bdtk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and 9bdtk. Where any conflict exists between these Terms and any promotional terms issued in connection with a specific bonus or offer, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence with respect to that offer only.

9bdtk reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such amendments have been communicated constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page regularly.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 9bdtk, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not expressly prohibited for individual users under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legal position in your jurisdiction before registering.

9bdtk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in the suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account. Any funds in an account determined to belong to an underage player will be held pending investigation and may be forfeited in their entirety.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 9bdtk platform. Creating duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 9bdtk employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any accounts found to be in violation will be closed without notice.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Bangladesh mobile number. You must promptly update your account details if any of this information changes. 9bdtk is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and platform integrity, 9bdtk applies a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage:

• A government-issued photo ID such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate (for proof of identity and age).
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence (for proof of residential address, dated within 3 months).
• A screenshot or confirmation of the payment method you use for deposits (for payment source verification — particularly relevant for bKash and Nagad accounts).

KYC verification is mandatory before processing your first withdrawal request and may also be triggered by significant account activity, unusual transaction patterns, or at 9bdtk's discretion at any time. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.2 Account Security

You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. 9bdtk will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact 9bdtk support immediately via live chat or at [email protected].

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on 9bdtk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other scheduled commercial banks operating in Bangladesh

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts, though 9bdtk reserves the right to apply transaction limits based on account verification status, responsible gaming settings, or risk assessment. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 9bdtk account balance in real time following successful transaction verification. 9bdtk does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts during standard operating hours are processed as promptly as operationally possible. 9bdtk targets withdrawal processing within minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions, though processing times may be longer during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. 9bdtk does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions to supported Bangladesh payment methods.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, whether mobile wallets or bank accounts, are strictly prohibited. 9bdtk reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming ownership of the payment method before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Refused and Reversed Transactions

9bdtk reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place on hold any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any activity inconsistent with legitimate gaming behaviour. In such cases, 9bdtk will attempt to notify the account holder and may request additional documentation before releasing or returning funds.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

9bdtk offers various bonuses, promotions, and free-play opportunities to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific promotional terms published alongside each individual offer. In addition, the following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 18 and above who have satisfied the eligibility criteria specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, or per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

• Where 9bdtk determines that a player is abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using irregular betting patterns to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players — 9bdtk reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings and close the relevant account.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 9bdtk platform, you agree to use the service solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Opening or operating more than one 9bdtk account simultaneously or creating a new account while subject to self-exclusion.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity through the platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, gain unfair advantage, or manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of 9bdtk systems, databases, or software.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of technical errors are void and must be returned.
• Using the platform in a manner that could damage the reputation, interests, or operations of 9bdtk or its partners.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 9bdtk staff or other players via any communication channel.

9bdtk reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including the withholding of withdrawals pending investigation. Players found to have engaged in fraudulent activity will have their account balances forfeited in their entirety.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 9bdtk sportsbook and all wagers made on 9bdtk casino products are subject to the specific rules governing each product or market. These rules are accessible within the relevant product section of the platform. The following general principles apply across all 9bdtk betting and gaming products:

• A bet or wager is binding from the moment it is confirmed by the 9bdtk system and reflected in your account transaction history. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed, except where 9bdtk specifically provides a cash-out or bet-cancellation feature for a given market.
• 9bdtk reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered due to a technical error, a manifest pricing error, or where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was accepted.
• Maximum win limits apply to individual bets and accumulators and are specified within the sportsbook interface. 9bdtk reserves the right to limit stakes on specific markets for individual accounts without providing a reason.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game result, the data recorded by 9bdtk's systems will be treated as definitive, subject to the right of the player to escalate unresolved disputes through the support process described in these Terms.
• Live betting markets are subject to delay and suspension. 9bdtk is not liable for connectivity issues that prevent a player from placing or amending a live bet.
• For casino and slot games, the certified Return to Player (RTP) rates for each title are provided by the relevant game studio. Actual player outcomes may differ from theoretical RTP values in any individual session.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 9bdtk account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Closure requests are typically actioned within one business day of receipt. If you wish to close your account as a responsible gaming measure, please use the self-exclusion tools available in your account settings or request self-exclusion through the support team.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by 9bdtk

9bdtk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable grounds to believe the account is being operated by or on behalf of an underage individual.
• Compliance with a legal obligation or regulatory direction.
• Inactivity: accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. 9bdtk will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy administration fee. Details of the dormancy fee schedule are available on request from support.

9. Limitation of Liability

9bdtk provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability, security, and uptime, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• 9bdtk's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
• 9bdtk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• 9bdtk is not liable for any loss or damage caused by internet connectivity failures, device compatibility issues, third-party payment processing delays, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 9bdtk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money placed as bets or wagers. 9bdtk accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through your use of the platform, provided those losses arise from fair and correctly-functioning products operated in accordance with these Terms.

10. Amendments & Updates

9bdtk reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 9bdtk will notify registered players by email, on-site notification, or both, with reasonable advance notice where practicable. The date of the most recent revision will be clearly indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 9bdtk platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.1 above.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 9bdtk operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the 9bdtk internal dispute resolution process will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable procedural rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
